Scrubs in the Bush is designed so that clinical and pre-clinical medical students gain valuable insights from rural doctors in skills sessions, panel discussions, and networking breaks.
The program is integrated with the WA Rural Health Conference and includes the closing keynote address by Michael Crossland and the Morning Tea/Sponsors' Exhibition.
Students can mark the following skills sessions in order of preference when booking:
The Suture Club
Ultrasound
Adult & Paediatric Retrieval SIM
Paediatric Skills
NOTE: Due to room changes within the Hyatt Hotel, the Scrubs event will now finish 15 minutes later at 4.45pm to allow more time to transition between skills sessions.
Scrubs in the Bush is hosted by the RCSWA Regional Training Hubs team and sponsored by Rural Health West, RACGP and ACRRM.
